Description

Strangely referred to as a box, "Pandora's Box" is actually a jar. Pandora is said to be the first human on Earth, created by Haphaestus by order of Zeus. She was given clothing by Athena, beauty by Athena, music by Apollo, and speech by Hermes. Pandora stole fire from Olympus and introduced it to the other humans, giving them knowledge. This greatly infuriated Zeus and the other gods! To seek vengeance, she was gifted this jar on the day of her wedding. Her instructions were not to open it under any circumstances. Unfortunately, her curiosity was too strong and she opened it, unleashing all of the evil that it contained.
