The USS Enterprise NCC-1701 is a Constitution-class starship and one of the most famous Federation starships to ever serve in Starfleet. The Enterprise is famous for her five-year mission of exploration throughout many unexplored Solar Systems in the Alpha Quadrant. Where she had first contact with several different Races, a few military engagements and even time traveling through history. The Enterprise served many years in distinction under the command of Captains Robert April, Christopher Pike, James T. Kirk, Willard Decker, and Spock. The Enterprise’s glory years and most famous Captain thou is James T. Kirk who was the commanding officer during the Enterprise’s Five-year mission of exploration. Enterprise though an exploration starship still saw combat with the Klingons, Romulans, and the commandeered USS Reliant which was captured by the Human augment Khan Noonien Singh. Around the time period of 2254 through 2265 the Enterprise went through several Refits where she was given new impulse engines, warp nacelles, running lights, and hull modifications. After her refit she severed with distinction until her destruction over the Genesis Planet.
